Lunch Bunch Mentorship Opportunity
As part of United Way's Fun in the Sun program, we offer an hour-long volunteer opportunity for community members called "Lunch Bunch." Lunch Bunch gives volunteers an opportunity to play games and interact with students in the program, fostering positive adult engagement for the kids and giving volunteers the opportunity to mentor students and share about their lives and career.
On behalf of United Way of Santa Barbara County, our Fun in the Sun team, and most importantly our FITS scholars, we want to thank you for volunteering at Lunch Bunch this summer. We had over 470 volunteers across 6 sites and we could not be more excited to have such an expansive range of careers and companies represented at Lunch Bunch.
Lunch Bunch will resume in June 2024.

Fun in the Sun adheres to all COVID-19 safety policies and procedures established by the Public Health Department. During sign-up, all volunteers must review and consent to United Way's volunteer waiver and COVID-19 liability form.
