How to Keep your New Year Resolutions - January 25, 2011

On January 25th, 2011 about 30 members of United Way's Young Leaders Society attended a professional development event at Santa Barbara Athletic Club. While everyone enjoyed the fresh appetizers provided by Silvergreens, Joanne Bolduc, Nutritional Consultant, educated guests in properly balanced nutrition. Shem Brown, Fitness Director & Personal Trainer, not only stressed the importance of a healthy fitness routine, he also introduced members to "Small Group Training," which focuses on strength and cardio drills to improve overall body performance.
