Development Manager-

United Way of Santa Barbara County (UWSBC) seeks a F/T Development Manager to provide strategic leadership for all aspects of its fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, energetic, team-oriented individual with a BA and 5+ years of fundraising management. The Development Manager will manage all fundraising efforts and fundraising staff. The Development Manager will also assist with online, social media, and print marketing efforts to increase UWSBC’s exposure and help advance its mission. Ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-driven individual with a demonstrated track record in fundraising and the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent oral and written skills required. Intermediate skill w/ MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required. Experience with databases desired. Compensation package is competitive. Development Executive-

United Way of Santa Barbara County (UWSBC) seeks a F/T Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, energetic, team-oriented individual with a college degree. Must effectively communicate 1-on-1 and in group settings and be highly organized and self-driven with a demonstrated track record. The candidate must poses the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent oral and written skills required. Intermediate skill w/ MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required. Administrative Assistant/Event Manager-

United Way of Santa Barbara County (UWSBC) seeks a F/T creative, organized, and energetic Administrative Assistant/ Event Manager to support the development department.  Responsibilities include events planning & management, gift acknowledgment, data entry & reports, direct mail, and general administrative duties.  The candidate will also assist with online, social media, and print marketing efforts to increase UWSBC’s exposure and help advance its mission. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and self-driven individual with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent oral and written skills required.
