Young Leaders Society


    Young Leaders Society (YLS) was formed to provide community involvement and personal development opportunities for young professionals. This unique and dynamic group offers its members multiple avenues to become involved with various United Way and community initiatives, to directly make a difference in people's lives, and to ultimately become leaders in our community.

    YLS offers activities that center around three main areas: professional development, philanthropic involvement and networking opportunities. We coordinate many volunteer events, along with various events with topics focused on effective leadership and professional and personal growth.

2018 Kickoff & Fundraiser

Join us for wine, food, raffle prizes, and more! All proceeds will be donated to the Thomas Fire & Flood Fund.

8th Annual United We Read

Read a book to a classroom at a local elementary school. This engaging volunteer opportunity is fun for volunteers and students alike!

Location: Franklin Elementary - 1111 E. Mason Street

Time: 8:30-10:30am
