COVID-19 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

United Way of Santa Barbara County is providing financial assistance to individuals, families, and organizations who have been most impacted by COVID-19.  Please reference the different options below to learn more and apply for assistance. Note that you may be eligible for multiple categories. 

COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA RENTAL & UTILITY GRANTS

You may visit https://www.unitedwaysb.org/covid19 to view other COVID-19 relief resources and funding opportunities. Additional rental and utility assistance may be available through the State Emergency Rental Assistance program for Santa Barbara County residents with an 80% AMI or below who have experienced a loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and can demonstrate the need for rental assistance for rent and utility debts dating back to March 2020 (20% rent debt forgiveness from landlords, State pays 80% arrears). Please visit State Housing is Key website (https://housing.ca.gov/) for more information.
